Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship only to the United States and Canada. Orders cannot be placed for delivery to any other country.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada, with no minimum purchase.

3. Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days to the United States and 8 to 13 business days to Canada. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add a few days.

4. Tracking

When your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first update. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

5. Shipping address

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can correct the address only before the order ships, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

6. Taxes and duties

Where applicable, U.S. sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. Orders to Canada may be subject to taxes or import fees charged by the carrier on delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at luce@luceinfinita.com. If the package is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or give you a full refund.
